Mr. Congdon has 35+ years of experience in finance, manufacturing, and operations across several industries. He has a vested interest in running a streamlined operation and back office to maximize profitability with aggressive product margins. He and his wife have run a successful Veterinary Hospital in Sewell, NJ for 20 years. The combination of this management experience provides for a unique perspective in a growing industry. Doug lives in South Jersey with his wife. They have two grown children.
Mr. Lieze was the previous owner of National Paper Recycling of Camden for 25+ years. He recently sold the business to Recycling Management Resources and his property on Ferry Ave. to EMR. He purchased the 1930 S 6th St location in preparation of turning the 75,000 square foot warehouse into a manufacturing business creating recycled plastic & paper material using the most current technology available. Joe resides in South Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
